Elliot Eisenberg, Ph.D., is an internationally acclaimed economist and public speaker specializing in making economics fun, relevant, and educational. Formerly a Senior Economist with the National Association of Home Builders, Eisenberg will provide insights on the economy, labor and supply chain issues, inflation, advice on reducing risk, staying ahead of the financial curve, and more.

Craig Dupra is the President of Installer’s Warehouse. He currently is serving as the NWFA Chairman of the Board, and has served on numerous NWFA committees.

Dana Lee Cole is the Executive Director at the Hardwood Federation, a Washington-D.C.-based trade association that represents the hardwood industry on Capitol Hill, and advocates on its behalf. She meets regularly with political leaders on both sides of the aisle to inform and educate them about issues impacting the hardwood industry.

Michael Martin is the President & CEO with the NWFA in St. Louis, MO, where he orchestrated the rebuilding of the Wood Flooring Expo, and the launch of NWFA University. He has been named a Top Association CEO by CEO Update, based on results for his advocacy efforts, leadership ability, building a positive workplace, raising the organization’s profile, managing crisis, and advancing the organization’s programs. He also serves on several Boards.
